Some Steps taken to ensure quality of Test Implementation at Venue are
- Running number on each and every Test Booklet to ensure adequate tracking of inventory.
- Multiple Versions of each booklet to increase test security.
- Use of special Test Pack for packing test material. The Test Pack has been designed to pack material adequate for one classroom. This eliminates extra handling of test material and once the material is packed at our processing center, it needs to be exposed only in the classroom before the start of the test. A typical Test Pack would contain Question Papers, Answer Booklets, Instruction Manual, Stationery, Packing List and Invigilator checklist.
- Individual packing of Question Paper set and Answer Sheet set in special plastic covers inside the Test pack to prevent against damage and detect any pilferage to the test pack.
- Specially designed Box Packing for facilitating movement of the Test Pack and tracking of test material.
- Special Return Envelopes for packing of used Answer Sheets. These envelopes are laminated, self-adhesive and made in high grade paper to ensure security of the Answer Sheets and are designed to help detect any unauthorized handling of answer sheets.
- Access Controlled process center to increase security while processing answer sheets.
- Count Validation at classroom level to ensure 100% accuracy in score process and multiple scanning of sheets to ensue complete accuracy of scores and reports.
